Established in 2000, Meridian Primary School was the seventh primary school in the western sector of Pasir Ris New Town. The school started with 168 students in five Primary One classes.

Feb 10, 2023 · Our ever-supportive Parent Support Group (PSG), together with the School Leaders and teachers, gave a good toss at a recent Lo Hei session to welcome the year of the rabbit. During the session, our parent volunteers (PV) also had fun bonding through a cookie decoration activity.
