Inflammation is one of key mechanisms linking childhood experiences to later chronic disease risk. Childhood adversity is associated with inflammation, but little is known about positive experiences.

  5. Ronald Lacey died of cancer in 1991, aged only 55, and was survived by his three children. He also left behind an enormous body of work, with more than 170 credits in film and television.
