The School of Visual Arts New York City (SVA NYC) is a private for-profit art school in New York City. It was founded in 1947 and is a member of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design.
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. During the summer months, we are closed on Fridays; summer hours begin on Friday, June 3 and continue through Friday, August 12. Costs and fees for all undergraduate and graduate students for the current and previous academic year.
Students specialising in Visual Arts will acquire knowledge, understanding, and technical abilities in a range of mediums, forms, and expressions. They will be able to create artworks ranging from drawing and painting, to ceramics and sculptures.
