The movie covers the events which occurred in between the downfall of The Company and the finale of the TV series (SEASON 4). It details the arrest and incarceration of Sara Tancredi, the final escape plan which Michael devises for Sara, and reveals the ultimate fate of Gretchen Morgan.
Receiving word of Sara's incarceration, Krantz puts out a $100,000 bounty on Sara's head. Sara is quickly poisoned, but is given medical treatment. She assumes Gretchen was behind the poisoning. Michael soon learns of the bounty, and decides that he must break her out. He once again enlists Lincoln and Sucre's help.

Jun 17, 2014 · All and all, I highly recommend this movie!! It definitely ties the loose ends that the 4th Season finale left us...with a better explanation to Michael's demise. Prison Break: The Final Break, has a much more satisfying ending!!! Mainly due to the fact that the central character (Michael) remained true to himself thru out the entire series.
