Singapore Chinese Girls' School (SCGS) is an independent girls' school in Bukit Timah, Singapore, located opposite Stevens MRT station. Founded in 1899, it is one of the oldest institutions in Singapore.
Singapore Chinese Girls’ School is a dual-track school offering: the 4-year Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate (SEC, also formerly known as GCE O-Level) Programme, and the 6-year Integrated Programme (IP) in partnership with Eunoia Junior College.

Singapore Chinese Girls School (SCGS) was founded as an all-girls Peranakan school on the 1 July 1899 with seven Straits Chinese girls. This was made possible through the perseverance, courageous spirit and visionary leadership of our pioneers.
