Printed photograph for hardcopy submission must be on a matte or semi matte finish (non-reflective photo). Your photograph must meet ICA’s requirements. You can apply for a new passport via the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES). Alternatively, you may submit your application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission.
