I think it should also be said that since Made in Heaven relies on acceleration, if you catch Pucci early enough the difference between Normal-Speed and New-Speed wouldn't be too great yet. Its been awhile since I read part 6, but if I reemeber correctly Pucci didn't show himself immediately after gaining Made in Heaven.

This would make it look to those who aren't Pucci that the entire universe was accelerating, while it actually isn't. However, this theory is debunked as the heroes can definitely communicate with each other in the sped-up time.

The universe is unable to handle time going out of balance so it collapses in on itself and resets completely. Those who died during or before the reset come back as someone else with a reincarnation but those who lived would transfer over.

The shock of its strongest ability not working gives Pucci an extra few seconds. As time keeps accelerating , it comes down to whether GER can kill Pucci before it's too late.
