  1. The movie boasts several magical sequences, like when Roz touches a butterfly-blanketed tree and the myriad insects explode into a swarm of color and scintillating beauty, or when Roz teaches young Brightbill how to fly down a leaf-covered stonework runway, or when Roz holds onto a tree with one arm and leans out over the edge of a cliff to watch the migrating geese fly away into the sunset.

  2. Positive —Robots was a good film that the family would enjoy on a Friday night together. The story was nicely put together, the plot had some problems, but overall it was good. Robots kept you concentrated on the movie because of the flow with the storyline.

  3. Jul 16, 2004 · Despite a lot of violence between both humans and robots, it was a good movie. I especially liked how they went in depth to why Will Smith despised almost all robots. Even with some language throughout the movie, it was a good movie. I recommend the movie! My Ratings: [Excellent!/5]

  4. Jun 29, 2001 · But, this movie starts off drastically different and just gets worse. First of all, there is no happiness—just sadness and pain. Then as the movie progresses the robots begin to get weirder and weirder (there’s even a scene with a male robot prostitute convincing a woman that she really is ready to experience a “real” man).

  5. Jul 2, 2007 · Once your kids see this movie they are going to want to play with Transformer toys, Legos, and all other sorts of toys that enable them to build robots like they saw in the movie. They will fantasize about other worlds that are not in the Biblical account of creation and believe that robots are created with life in the same way God made man.

  6. Positive —…I actually saw this movie due to loving the shows as a kid and the game. I never expected this to make me remember why I loved Sonic in the first place. The movie moved very fast. It was action-packed and full of laughs for the whole—that’s right WHOLE—family. I highly recommend you do go support this movie please.

  7. Jun 27, 2008 · This movie is very funny, but you have to find the humor, like the robots rejecting their programming to complete their work (trying to follow WALL-E's off course contamination) and the cockroach being the only thing to survive on Earth. It is very clean, nothing that should offend morally.

  8. However, the dialog, the storyline, and character development are all lacking. The only multidimensional character in the film was the #9 doll (obviously, since he’s the central character). It seems as if the movie’s producers tried to put a huge storyline in as little time as possible. It’s not a horrible movie; it’s just not a very ...

  9. Aug 9, 2013 · This is NOT a movie for kids or teens, by any means. Shootings, stabbings, electrocutions, plane crashes and explosions are frequent and disturbing. In addition, there are scenes where human beings are shot and explode (showing pieces of flesh flying), a scene where we see a person’s face (eyes, nose and mouth) missing, multiple scenes involving blood, Max being sprayed with dangerous ...

  10. Aug 30, 2024 · The episode was originally a parody of “2001: A Space Odyssey” (1968) and the 1998 made-for-TV movie “Dream House.” This plot was also used in “Demon Seed” (1977), in which the AI computer becomes obsessed with its wife, played by Julie Christie (Christian Spotlight, 2024).
