Feb 9, 2022 · If you want to speak to the large appliance (cooking, cooling, laundry, and dishwashing) service team directly, please call 0344 557 9907 and select option 1. Please note we can only support small appliances (kettles, toasters, mixers, and coffee machines) via the online portal and the service team will not be able to assist you.
If you have bought a Smeg appliance within the last 90 days, you may be able to get an extended warranty. Enter your date of purchase, model number, address and proof of purchase to check your eligibility and register online.
