Jun 4, 2015 · I find wolfram a lot better just because it's able to solve and walk you through the steps for differential equations while symbolab usually can't solve them. It is pricey even for a student ($24/yr) but has saved my ass on more than one occasion.

I use a combo of wolfram, symbolab, photomath, and mathaway. Photomath is my preferred stop, but really it's only good for solving algebra equations.

Dec 12, 2022 · Symbolab used to be amazing at teaching me how to solve a problem but now it just gives me a paywall for even the simplest things, and same with every other website or app I've tried as an alternative (with an added bonus of being more difficult to input the problem).
