  3. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Hubdoc login. With 2FA you need to enter two authentication codes to access your Hubdoc organisation. The first code is your password, and the second is a verification code generated by an app on your mobile device. All Australian Hubdoc customers must have 2FA set up.

  10. Dec 5, 2023 · I have not been able to connect the second organisation to Hubdoc. When I click on the organisation name in Xero, it automatically logs me on to the existing Hubdoc account connected to the second organisation. Please help.
