Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Hubdoc login. With 2FA you need to enter two authentication codes to access your Hubdoc organisation. The first code is your password, and the second is a verification code generated by an app on your mobile device. All Australian Hubdoc customers must have 2FA set up.
Invite a new user to your Hubdoc organisation and assign them a user role. Change the role or permissions of an existing user, or remove their access completely. From your Hubdoc organisation’s dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner. New Hubdoc users receive an email invitation prompting them to set up login credentials.

If you use the same email address for Hubdoc and Xero, click. If you use a different email address, enter your Hubdoc login credentials, then click. (Optional) If you have access to more than one Hubdoc organisation, on the screen, click the organisation you want to connect. Select the Xero organisation you want to connect to.
Check to see if Hubdoc is in the list of connected apps. If Hubdoc is on the connected app list, check that Hubdoc hasn't already been set up by someone else in your organisation. If Hubdoc is showing as connected and you're having trouble accessing Hubdoc, you can follow the instructions below to disconnect Hubdoc and then reconnect it to Xero.

Dec 5, 2023 · I have not been able to connect the second organisation to Hubdoc. When I click on the organisation name in Xero, it automatically logs me on to the existing Hubdoc account connected to the second organisation. Please help. A great answer addresses the original question, and might include examples or links to more info.
