Oct 30, 2022 · The bonus to qualifications is a set 10% so it has diminishing returns as you add additional universities. The first one has the biggest impact on reducing the time. The best places to put it are in my opinion places where you plan to industrialize heavily. Agriculture tends to need fewer qualifications and they change less frequently.
Aug 23, 2023 · In general Melbourne Uni is the most prestigious, followed by Monash. These two are in the group of 8, and will be well respected if your career path is class sensitive. RMIT, Swinburne fight it out for third and fourth place. These two tend to emphasise more practical skills than Melbourne and Monash.
Jun 14, 2022 · My only experience is a “top of class” graduate from Vic uni graduate we hired recently was ducking awful. Came close to firing her, but found some repetitive stuff she could do that didn’t require initiative or debugging abilities. My opinion of the University has dropped as a hiring manager. 3. moonseddton.
Jul 26, 2018 · VUW as a uni is okay. I did a Commerce degree, and the quality of teaching varied widely depending on the lecturer, but was mostly average or below compared to some other unis I've visited (not giving any personal details, but I'm not comparing to Harvard or Oxford).
Jan 5, 2023 · In terms of halls, characters and staff change YoY, so you can't necessarily draw a correlation between a past year and next year's status. However, as others have noted, certain halls (particularly TPV) haven't been designed properly for a decent staff-resident ratio, resulting in ongoing issues.

Opinions/advice needed. Hello people of /r/Melbourne, Victoria University is offering me a scholarship valued at $20,000 ($5000 per year). It makes me consider studying Biomed there, but with the new block mode and all the things I hear about the university, it makes me concerned about the quality of education I would receive.
Feb 3, 2023 · Some technology is really really important to get and early game 5 innovation points is basically a 10% increase of research speed which is massive compared to a 2% increase in construction (if you have 50 construction sectors already). A lot of the exponential growth in Vicky 3 is based on laws, production methods, and resources (including pops).
Nov 2, 2021 · The University with the strongest halls culture is actually Otago, and Dunedin is a fucking choice city. Similar vibes to Wellington but more chilled out and affordable to live in. Make multiple applications and make a decision based on which uni makes you an offer, and if they’ll also give you a scholarship and/or accommodation as well.
Jan 14, 2019 · Australia is extremely safe place and even at night footscray would be considered safe due to the high volume of people/cars ect. It does not have a good reputation. If you care about that, your only choice is Melbourne, or at a stretch, Monash. It is hardly a 'stretch' to say that Monash is highly regarded.
