Defiant Development Pty Ltd was an Australian independent video game developer based in Brisbane. It was formed in May 2010 by Morgan Jaffit and Dan Treble, veterans of Pandemic Studios, in the aftermath of the closures of several larger video game studios in the country.
May 19, 2019 · Lords of the Fallen 2 has been stripped from developer Defiant Studios by publisher CI Games. As reported by Eurogamer, franchise custodian CI Games claims it was forced to end its development partnership with Defiant after the New York studio failed to meet key milestones and delivered work of subpar quality.
CI Games announced that Defiant Studios will lead the game's development in 2018, and that they would restart the game's development from scratch. However, CI Games terminated its contract with Defiant one year later, as it deemed their works on the game "inadequate".
