2021–2022: My Teenage Girl
On September 8, Sarang was featured in the trailer for the show My Teenage Girl, confirming her participation. The first episode then aired on November 28, 2021. She was eliminated in the ninth episode, which aired on January 23, 2022.
2024: Debut with Candy Shop
On February 15, 2024, Sarang was introduced as a member of the upcoming girl group Candy Shop. They debuted on March 27, 2024 with the mini album Hashtag#.
