Eve Commenge fonde Anonymes Films en 2007, pour produire un cinéma défiant les étiquettes de genre et visuellement audacieux. Cette idée germe après sa rencontre en 2005 avec Hélène Cattet et Bruno Forzani alors qu'elle produit Santos Palace, leur premier court-métrage financé.
