Laura is a benthic marine ecologist, with a specialism in the Polar Regions. Her primary research interests focus on using benthic systems as models to investigate marine ecological and biological theory against a backdrop of changing environmental conditions, and evaluating benthic ecosystem responses to climate change.

Laura Reagan is a student at Grange Hill from 1986 to 1988, Fiona Lee-Fraser (also credited as Fiona Mogridge). She made her first appearance in episode 1 of series 9 and made her final appearance in episode 20 of series 11. Laura is the daughter of Liz Reagan and Tony Reagan.
