Yaman is a 51-year-old Turkish national who usually lives in Kirikkale, Turkey, in a residence allocated to him by the State. Mr. Yaman graduated from the Ankara Faculty of Law in 1987. He has been a judge for 28 years, including since 2011 as a member of the Court of Cassation, where he dealt with cases involving terrorism and organized crime.
