The Golden Dream (Spanish: La jaula de oro) is a 2013 Mexican drama film directed by Spanish-born Mexican director Diego Quemada-Díez. It was premiered in the Un Certain Regard official selection at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival where Quemada-Diez won the A Certain Talent award for his directing work and the ensemble cast.

He studied at the American Film Institute, where his graduation film, A Table is a Table (2001), won the Best Cinematography Award from the American Society of Cinematographers.
