A former stage actor, Theodore Joos entered films in the late 1910s as an assistant director at Universal. By 1919, billing himself Therdo Joos, he was directing future nightclub entertainer Texas Guinan in a series of Bulls Eye Westerns filmed in Bisbee, AZ, and released by low-budget Reelcraft.
