Akshay Singh is a scholar of international affairs and security, and a non-resident research fellow at the Council on International Policy. He is also affiliated with the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), a Canadian think tank.
Akshay Singh is a writer and producer who studied at the United Kingdom’s National Film and Television School. He was awarded the Mohamed S. Farsi Foundation Scholarship for the Arts in 2012. He has written several short films including Mehsampur (2018), which premiered at the Sydney Film Festival.
