Eric Taylor (June 17, 1897 – September 8, 1952) was an American screenwriter with over fifty titles to his credit. He began writing crime fiction for the pulps before working in Hollywood.
Eric Taylor was born on 17 June 1897 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was a writer, known for Phantom of the Opera (1943), Black Friday (1940) and Dick Tracy Meets Gruesome (1947). He died on 8 September 1952 in San Francisco, California, USA.
