Mark de Cloe studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy and the Maurits Binger Film Institute. For his graduation films LUCKY STRIKE and RALENTIR he received the Grolsch film prize for the most promising talent. Mark received the NPS award for it best short film for GITANES in 1998 and for ONLY in 2004.
Mark de Cloe (Zwijndrecht, 28 april 1969) is een Nederlands filmregisseur en scenarioschrijver. De Cloe studeerde onder meer aan de Rietveld Academie en aan het Maurits Binger Instituut in Amsterdam. De Cloe begon met het maken van korte films en televisiefilms.
