Zeena Parkins (born 1956) is an American composer and multi-instrumentalist active in experimental, free improvised, contemporary classical, and avant-jazz music; she is known for having "reinvented the harp". Parkins performs on standard harps, several custom electric harps, piano, and accordion.

Blueprint for a Sunrise is a 2001 concept album of experimental feminist rock by Yoko Ono. It features live tracks, samples, and remixes of previous recordings. The album incorporates personal details from Ono's childhood in Japan alongside overarching themes of the suffering and frustration of women. [4]

A series of concerts with Yoko Ono led to the live album Blueprint for a Sunrise. Early collaborations with John Zorn include performances of his game piece Darts at the MOMA Sculpture Garden and touring the groundbreaking work Cobra as well as performing in its first studio recording for Swiss label, Hat Art.
