May 27, 2014 · Steven Paul Mark (1947–2015) grew up in New Rochelle, New York, and now lives in New York City and Kingston. He graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. His interest in the American Revolution dates to his seventh grade social studies teacher who made the people, places and events of Revolutionary New York come alive.
