Safiur Rahman Mubarakpuri (6 June 1942 – 1 December 2006) was an Indian Islamic scholar, teacher and writer within the Salafi creed. His book Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum (The Sealed Nectar), won a prize at the first Islamic conference on seerah Muslim World League in 1978.

Sheikh Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarkpuri was born and received his education in India. He taught jurisprudence and Hadith in the Salafi University and worked as the editor in chief of its magazine Muhaddith. He worked in the Sunnah Center affiliated with the Islamic University in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
