The Brno Conservatory, also Brno Conservatoire (Czech: Konzervatoř Brno), was established in Brno on 25 September 1919 by Moravian composer Leoš Janáček.

During his lifetime the Organ School became the Brno Conservatory, the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts was established in 1947, nine years later the Brno Philharmonic was founded and in 1965 the new modernist building of the Janáček Theatre was opened.

Established institutions that continue to operate include the folklore association Slovácký krúžek (1908), the Brno Conservatory (1919), the Gustav Brom Bigband (1940), the Brno Philharmonic (1956) and the Exposition of New Music festival (since 1987).
In 1881 Janáček managed to establish the Brno Organ School, which he led as its director until 1919, when it was transformed into a private, and then a year later, the State Music and Drama Conservatory. At present the Brno Conservatory teaches instrument playing, composition, conducting and singing.
