John Hlavin is an American writer and producer. He is an executive producer and co-showrunner on the Showtime original sci-fi series, The Man Who Fell to Earth.
Hlavin was most recently an executive producer and showrunner on the USA drama Shooter from 2016-2018. He was also an executive producer on the Syfy series Blood Drive, which aired for a single season. Most notably, Hlavin is credited as a screenplay writer for the fourth installment in the Underworld film series, Underworld: Awakening.
