Dorothy Christy (born Dorothea J. Seltzer, later Dorothy Rucker; May 26, 1906 – May 21, 1977) was an American actress. She was sometimes billed as Dorothy Christie.

Dorothy Christy (born Dorothea J. Seltzer, May 26, 1906 – died May 21, 1977) was an American actress. Christy acted with Will Rogers, Buster Keaton and the Marx Brothers, and with Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy in the film Sons of the Desert (1933), in the role of Mrs. Laurel.
Carrington VC is a 1953 stage play by husband and wife playwrights Campbell and Dorothy Christie. The production premiered on the West End in London at the Westminster Theatre . It was directed by Michael MacOwan and starred Alec Clunes , John Wood , John Garside, Allan Cuthbertson , Lionel Jeffries , and Rachel Gurney . [1]
