Prior to her role at Hearst Magazines, Harris worked as SVP of Development and Production at Gunpowder & Sky and VP of MTV’s digital studio. Harris’s most recent short film as a co-writer and director, Funny Face, premiered at SXSW 2023 and played at over a dozen film festivals.

Jude Harris is a producer, writer and director. She earned her BFA in Film from The Rhode Island School of Design and her MFA in Directing from UCLA. Harris is known for her work on 69: The Saga of Danny Hernandez (2020), Half the Picture (2018), Too Stupid to Die (2018), Myrna the Monster (2015), and Liquid TV (2013).
