Plot. In the town of Vasco in Goa, there exist two rival street gangs - the Bichhoos ( Scorpions ), who are local residents, and the Eagles, who are immigrant. The leader of the Bichhoos is Prakash Sharma ( Sharad Kapoor ), while the Eagles are led by Max Dias ( Shah Rukh Khan ).
The film marks the comeback of director Mansoor Khan after a hiatus of five years. It is written by Neeraj Vora and Aatish Kapadia based on the story by Mansoor Khan, with a screenplay by Neeraj Vora, Mansoor Khan, and dialogues by Nidhi Tuli. The film was produced by Ganesh Jain, Ratan Jain and Balwant Singh.
Synopsis. Full of life. Two gangs fight for control of the streets: the Scorpions, led by Prakash and the Eagles, fronted by Max. When Prakash’s brother Rahul comes to visit, he meets and quickly falls in love with Shirley, not realizing she’s the sister of his brother’s rival, Max.

Summary: Max, a cool Goan dada, is the leader of the Eagle gang which is constantly up in arms against Prakash and the Bicchu gang. The two gangs revel in this enmity and love to show off their strength with each other.
