Minako Borgen (November 18, 1943 – May 1, 2023), born Minako Eileen Sasaki and known by her acting name Eileen Saki, was a Japanese-American actress. Minako Sasaki was born at the Jerome War Relocation Center in Arkansas in 1943 during the World War II incarceration of Japanese Americans. She was later transferred to the camp at Tule Lake.

May 3, 2023 · Eileen Saki, known for her role as bar owner Rosie in “M*A*S*H,” died on Monday in Los Angeles after a battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 79. Saki’s rep confirmed her death to Variety.
Eileen Saki (1943-2023) was a Japanese-American actress who played Rosie in M*A*S*H and Dr. Fujimoto in Splash. She also appeared in other TV shows and movies, such as History of the World: Part I and Enola Gay.
