菁田邨 （英語： Ching Tin Estate ）是 香港房屋委員會 轄下一個局部完工的公共屋邨，位於 屯門區 西北部第54區 欣寶路 10號 [2] ，鄰近 青山醫院 、私人住宅 NOVO LAND 、公屋 和田邨 、 寶田邨 及 欣田邨 ，當中第一期由房屋署總建築師（1）負責總體設計，細部分判予何顯毅建築工程師樓地產發展顧問有限公司設計， 中國建築 承建，已於2022年8月18日開始分階段入伙。 歷史[编辑] 菁田邨位於屯門第54區，前身為 小坑村 和 青山醫院 之間、1950年代初成立的政府 青山試驗農場 ，2000年代初土地被平整用作貨櫃場之用。 直至1990年代末，政府決定開發該區域，以提供更多房屋供應，並就此進行 環境影響評估 [3] 。
天晴邨（英語： Tin Ching Estate ）是香港的一個公共屋邨，位於元朗區 天水圍新市鎮103區及104區，由香港房屋委員會負責屋邨租務管理，物業管理則外判予佳富物業管理有限公司負責。
Tin Ching Estate (Chinese: 天晴邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yuet stop. It is divided into two phases and consists of seven residential buildings completed in 2008 and 2010 respectively.
Born in Shanghai in 1935 as Tien Chun-Sheng (given family name). Tien Cheng's mother passed away when he was young. Moving to Hong Kong in 1949, he took the part-time course in Sam Yuk Middle School while working for a job. Upon graduation he did missionary work and became a teacher later.
