Oct 20, 1979 · The brewery-owner Schexbräu (Tony Berger) and the farmer Martl (Karl Obermeyer) have been best friends since childhood days, growing up together in a small Lower-Bavarian hamlet. Together they had to serve in World War I, being the only survivors of a massacre at Verdun.
Toni berger. For me, painting is intuitive. My paintings are rich in color, light and energy. Rather than precise depiction of subjects, my technique invites the viewer to bring their own experiences and interpretations to my art. I work with acrylics on canvas and paper, mixed media, water color and pen and ink and collage.
