Victor Payumo Silayan (January 31, 1929 – August 30, 1987), commonly known as Vic Silayan, was a Filipino actor who is best known for his roles in Kisapmata (1981) and Karnal (1983).
Vic Silayan (1929-1987) is one of the greatest Filipino actors to have worked in Philippine theater and cinema. This 43.32 minute biographical documentary was filmed in 1984.
Vic Silayan was born on 31 January 1929 in Manila, Philippines. He was an actor, known for In the Wink of an Eye (1981), Diligin mo ng hamog ang uhaw na lupa (1975) and Of the Flesh (1983). He died on 30 August 1987 in Metro Manila, Philippines.
