Kotono Mitsuishi (三石 琴乃, Mitsuishi Kotono, born December 8, 1967) is a Japanese actress and narrator. She was affiliated with Arts Vision and Lasley Arrow, but is now freelance. Mitsuishi lived in Nagareyama, Chiba. She graduated from high school and entered the Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy in 1986.
She is considered one of the most influential seiyū in the business; the animated adaptation of Ebichu was largely produced because of her interest in the project. Mitsuishi is married and has one daughter. In a digression to her OL days, she rides a Yamaha FZ250 Phaser motorcycle.
