Veriko (Vera) Ivlianovna Anjaparidze (Georgian: ვერიკო ანჯაფარიძე, 6 October [O.S. 23 September] 1897 in Kutaisi – 1987 in Tbilisi) was a Soviet and Georgian stage and film actress.
Queen of Soviet theater. Although Veriko (she was always called by her first name) acted in dozens of films, she did not get the same success as Nato Vachnadze. But she was first on the stage, from her twenties till her death. Her part from Monanieba (1987) by Abuladze became a cult favorite.
