Marcus D. Spencer is an actor, director, writer, and producer who has worked on various films and TV shows. He is known for his roles in Straight Outta Oakland, Dead End, Hunting Season, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Marcus D. Spencer stars as Dr. Keith B. Real, a therapist helping couples in crisis, in his own film Who Needs It? The film is a drama with comedic elements inspired by faith and humanity, and features a diverse ensemble cast.
