Chicago-native Aris Mendoza started her career in entertainment as an actor. She has appeared on TV shows Future Man, Code Black and was the dialogue coach on HBO’s Barry. In 2018, she was hired as Will Smith’s personal writer and she also helped develop and write the show bible for Willow Smith’s upcoming anime series Menen.
