Casper Martinez (born December 21, 1970 in South Bronx, New York) is an American award-winning actor, voice actor and producer.
Martinez has appeared in Prison Song, Carlito's Angels, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Eenie Meenie Miney Moe. He won an Emmy award for writing El Vacilon.
He provided the voice of a pedestrian in Grand Theft Auto IV.
