Mar 16, 2020 · A sexual harassment lawsuit against Underbelly actor Damian Walshe-Howling over an allegedly "non-consensual and unscripted" kiss on set will not proceed after the parties reached an out-of-court settlement. On Friday Sydney-based Federal Circuit Court Judge Tom Altobelli made orders dismissing the proceedings with no order as to legal costs.
