School of the Arts and Media. My first novel, The Singing, was published in 2005 (Brandl & Schlesinger). As a result of this publication I was named one of the Sydney Morning Herald’s Best Young Australian Novelists (2006). The Singing was also shortlisted for the Kathleen Mitchell Award.
