Since 1995, Philip Hayden Foundation has cared for at-risk children, including orphans, kids with disabilities, and unsupported children whose families aren’t able to provide the care they need. Philip Hayden Foundation began caring for orphans in China more than 25 years ago. At first, orphanages needed diapers, formula, and loving arms to hold children. Then the Chinese government introduced more programs to meet orphans’ basic needs, so PHF began providing medical care.
