Anthony Harding (born 30 June 2000) is an English diver. He is a silver medallist of the 2022 World Aquatics Championships. Career. Harding participated in the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires, where he won the silver medal behind Daniel Restrepo in the boy's 3m springboard event.
Jun 30, 2000 · Diving. For six years Anthony Harding would travel across the Pennines from Greater Manchester to Leeds six days a week all in the pursuit of a dream. And in 2022 it came true as he won 3m synchro gold at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games, alongside diving legend Jack Laugher.

Anthony’s 2022 season brought Gold at the Commonwealth Games in the Men’s 10m Synchro by an astonishing 61.56 points with Jack Laugher, whilst the World Championships saw second-place in the Men’s 3m Synchro.
