Polina Ghrighorievna Astakhova (Ukrainian: Поліна Григорівна Астахова; 30 October 1936 – 5 August 2005) was a Soviet and Ukrainian artistic gymnast. She won ten medals at the 1956 , 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics .
Polina Astakhova won team gold medals at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympic Games, a feat that she shares with Larysa Latynina, making them the only gymnasts to be members of three gold-medal winning teams. Astakhova also won gold on the uneven parallel bars and placed third in the individual all-around in both 1960 and 1964.

Polina Astakhova (1936—) won five gold, two silver, and three bronze medals in three Olympic Games for the Soviet Union. She excelled in the uneven bars and the floor exercises, and competed with Larissa Latynina and Vera Caslavska.
For decades the Soviet Union dominated women’s gymnastic events at the Summer Olympic Games. One of the Soviet stars, Polina Astakhova, won a total of ten medals in the Olympics of 1956, 1960, and 1964. Astakhova was born in Donetsk, Ukraine, on Oct. 30, 1936.
