Benjamin Weider, OC CQ CD (1 February 1923 – 17 October 2008) was a Canadian soldier, author, historian ( Napoleonic history), fitness proponent, benefactor of the arts, and entrepreneur. [1] . He co-founded the International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB) alongside his brother Joe Weider.
