Sean McVay (born January 24, 1986) is an American football coach who is the head coach for the Los Angeles Rams. He became the youngest NFL head coach in the modern era when he was hired by the Rams in 2017 at the age of 30.
McVay became the youngest coach in modern NFL history at 30 years old. McVay has led the Rams to four playoff berths and two Super Bowl appearances in his first six seasons, winning Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium. McVay coached his 100th career regular season game on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
