Dorothy Catherine Anstett (born June 28, 1947) is an American pageant titleholder who held the Miss USA 1968 title. Anstett competed in the Miss Washington pageant in July 1967 and placed first runner-up. In April of the following year she won the Miss Washington USA 1968 crown title.

After his divorce from Rose in 1973, Russell found love again in 1977 when he married Dorothy Anstett, Miss USA 1968. However, this marriage also ended in divorce in 1980. The resilient Russell found companionship once more, marrying Marilyn Nault in 1996.
The pageant was won by Dorothy Anstett of Washington, who was crowned by outgoing titleholder Cheryl Patton of Florida. Anstett was the first – and to date only – woman from Washington to win the Miss USA title, and went on to place as 4th runner-up at Miss Universe 1968.
