1 Review. Hide Spoilers. Sort by: Filter by Rating: Busted Pilot. Sargebri 19 February 2004. This would have made a great series. To me this is pretty much a mixture of two of two of William Conrad's most famous characters, Frank Cannon and J.L. "The Fatman" McCabe.
