When we meet Cisco Delgado (José Suárez), the big bad of Texas, Adios, he's sitting in a wicker chair in a lone patch of shade, relaxing in the courtyard of his ample, luxurious estate and cared for by eagerly submissive attendants.
The tough gun-man Burt Sullivan leaves his job as a town sheriff to go to Mexico to find the man, Cisco, who killed his father many years ago. He and his younger brother arrive in a small town where everybody is afraid of Cisco who has become the local landowner.
