Synopsis. Ben Dankert (Brian J. Smith), a tow truck driver, comes upon an accident between truck and bicycle. Ben offers his assistance when another tow truck arrives. Elvis (Shaun Benson), the rival driver, offers the truck driver in the accident to blame the cyclist for the accident. Elvis claims the cyclist is in bad shape.
